Funny Insight from Katy Fit

From the latest issue of the Katy Fit newsletter:
"Some of you may have experienced one of the many positive effects of running. Have you been mad or frustrated and then gone out for a run and come back in a better mood? I know that when I have a fight with my wife, I can go for a run. After the first 2 miles, I forget we were fighting, after 3 more miles, I forget we had a fight and after 2 more miles, I forget her name. Give it try next time you're in a bad mood."
