Run/Walk: Warmed up with 3/1, then ran 0.25 mi/walked 0.15 rest of the way
Pace: mostly 6.0-6.5
Distance: 4.0 miles

Longest run yet! I can't believe I got myself to run 4 miles, especially when I felt I had absolutely zero energy. I'm finding, though, that if I get myself on the treadmill for even 10 minutes, I'll get a boost of energy and have a good workout despite how I felt beforehand.

Other good news...no knee trouble! Maybe MoveFree is helping already?!?
