I haven't been updating, but that doesn't mean I haven't been keeping up with my running! I've been away from the computer since last Tuesday, so as soon as I get a chance I'll update my progress here.
Today is the 3.5 mile week, and surprisingly it wasn't too bad. I had no energy to workout, but I forced myself to go to the gym if only for a measly 10 minutes. Thankfully, working out for 10-15 minutes gave me the energy to workout another 30. Even better, no knee or ankle pain this time!
I'm really finding that 5.7mph is a natural, comfortable pace for me right now. I push it a little faster near the end of a run/walk cycle, but right now it's the pace that I feel like I can keep up with for a little while.
