I was really dragging until I hit the 2-mile mark, and then I could finally pick up the speed. Usually I run/walk for segments based on time, but for the latter part of today's run I switched between running for 0.25mi and walking 0.10mi. Concentrating on distance instead of time made the miles go by so much faster.

Tomorrow marks the final day of the "loading phase" of FreeMove, so now I start taking it only once a day. I had a sparse running week last week, so it's hard to notice too much of a difference, so it will be interesting to see how different it feels over the next week or two.
