Went to the gym as soon as I got off work, and it's a good thing because a friend called me to meet up for happy hour on my way there. Just minutes earlier, and I would have been very tempted to blow off the run and drink martinis instead. :)
Run felt really, really good. Seattle Fit prescribed a 20 minute workout today, but I had the energy to do more, so why not? Also, I want to be more than prepared for the 3 mile run this weekend.
